Information and terms of business

Check-In

The rooms/suites will be ready, starting from 3 p.m.

Check-Out

To get the rooms/suites ready and properly cleaned up for the following guests, same as when checked-in, we kindly ask to leave them within 11 a.m.

Reservation

Reservations are guaranteed only by payment of a deposit of 30% of the above indicated total stay-cost.
With the payment of the deposit, the general booking conditions especially the terms of cancellation are considered as understood and legally accepted.

Cash (max. 999,99 €), personal bank-cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PagoBancomat.

SPECIAL OFFERS – (not cumulative)

Baby up to 3 years old: free in cot in B&B.
Long holiday: 14days = 12days in periods A/B/C (applies to the cheaper week ).

Low season special: 7days = 6days in period A. REDUCTION for groups.

OPTIONALS – (Payable at the Hotel)

Formula Half Board or free to our New BISTROT. 

Beach Service

Extra charge service (includes 1 beach umbrella and 2 deck chairs). Extracharge for 1st row

Beginning/End stay

Free except in F.

-Pets are allowed only on request, but only small dogs, up to 5 kg. We charge € 30,00 for disinfection. Pets are not allowed in the pool.

Our cancellation policy

• Cancellation is free up to 30 days from the date of arrival.After this deadline, the structure will keep the deposit paid (30%) which can also be converted into a Voucher for the following summer.The non-refundable Voucher can be used throughout the following summer season, with a period to be agreed in advance with the structure.
