Hotel Albaruja is located on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, Costa Rei, in the seaside village of Muravera which is about 25 km away. The structure is easily accessible by car from the major ports and airports of the island.
Head towards the coast and get on the SS125var or the SS554 and then the SS125var, also called the Nuova 125. Direction Muravera Exit at Olia Speciosa Around 60 km in 1 hour.
FROM PORT TORRES
You will easily find the SS131 which you can choose to take up to Cagliari, and from here follow the indications above. Or, at Macomer, turn towards Nuoro along the SS131DCN and then turn onto the SS389var and then, towards Cardedu, take the SS125var. In both cases, count on almost 300 km for 3 hours 30 mins to four hours. These are not motorways, it is best to respect the speed limits.
FROM ARBATAX PORT
Take the SS125var towards Tortolì – Bari Sardo. After Muravera there remain 25 km to go. Journey of about 90 km in 1 hour 30 mins.
Take the SS131DCN up to Nuoro, detour to Lanusei, continue in the direction of Muravera along the SS125var and then detour to Costa Rei. Journey of about 240 km for 3.20 hours.
If you land at the small airport of Fertilia, be sure to rent a car from the airport itself because connections to Sassari via public transport may be infrequent. Exit towards Olmedo along the SS291 until it intersects with the SS131. From here, the directions are the same as those provided to those arriving from Porto Torres. Around 300 km in 3.45 hours
